New Studio 24X36

I am having a building built for the purpose of a project studio. I am scratching my head trying to figure the best floorplan to use the available space. I would like a control room, a rehearsal/main recording room, a vocal room accessible from the control room, and an entrance lounge. Your ideas, thoughts, and comments will be greatly appreciated.
