Fitting a drum room in here?

Hi folks.... Quick question. How would you go about fitting a drum room in here? The ceilings are 8'3" Here's my rough idea, plus the sketchup file of my hack job! Thanks so much for your opinion.... oh yeah..that big brown thing is a built in shelf that I can't take out...
