Panels used in Cool Rooms

Hi Guys, This may be a very stupid question, however I thought I should at least get an answer for it. Do the panels that are used in cool rooms have any sound proofing abilities? They do have quite solid material in between the outer metal casings. Any one know the answer to this? thanks

cool room walls are only good for heat retention. sound goes right through them ;) cheers john
