Hi to everyone, this is my first posting at all and I hope you will understand my "german english" In the last view month I have built my new studio. You can see the different pictures here. On my website you can see more pictures under the button "DAS Tonstudio" and there under "Das Studio". I invite you to have a look under www.touch-the-sky.de to understand the following questions better. In the last weeks we have built the doors into the walls, the double window into the controlroom wall, the whole electric and many other things. So the pictures you see are unfortunately not the latest. Im not a professional in acoustic things but i like to work building the walls, doing the electrical things and anything else. But the acoustic treatment of the room is like a book with seven seals for me. I want to build the absorbers and any other acoustic things by myself. The measures of the whole room are: 23.2 feet x 21.3 feet 1.WHERE shall I fix the absobers, difusors in my studio and how shall I build them? 2. How can I build this acoustic tools (Absorbers, difusors)? 3. On the Pictures you can see two windows (to the outside) in the control room. Do I have to cover them with difusors or absorbers, because I like having daylight in the studio? 4. You can see also a little corridor. Is it important to seperate the corridor from the controlroom with a wall and a (glass)-door in it? 5. What do you think about the the bigness of the different rooms? Are they big enough e.g. because of standing waves...? It will help me very much if I can get an answer from anyone. Thanks very much. By the way: I like this forum very much! Thanks and have a good day! Udo
