Not familiar with the term, "rigips" - is this a typo of "rigid" or something else? Concrete maybe? Treatment of any room first requires that you know what you already have - for this, you need some sort of test gear/software/mic. You would then place a speaker (driven by test gear) in one low corner, and your test mic (omni pattern) in the opposite HIGH corner, and test for RT60 - The goal should be an even reverb time across the audio spectrum, for live rooms somewhere in the range of 0.3 sec (dry) to 0.5 sec. (wet) - for control rooms, a shorter time is best (so you don't think that the reverb your CR is adding is actually RECORDED ) Basically, we'd need a lot more info about your rooms AND your equipment before we can make useful suggestions... It's a brand of gypsum boards in Western Europe...
yep, some call it drywall 8)
Ooooh, goodie; yet ANOTHER name for drywall  OK, I can see this is gonna be painful - Is there anything about rigips that's different from "normal" drywall, other than the name? Do you have a link (preferably in English - other than a few swear words, I'm NOT multi-lingual) to the product? what thickness are the layers you used, and how many? What is the spacing of your wall framing between uprights, and is it wood or steel, and what dimensions are each piece? What are the dimensions of your rooms, including ceilng height and any other deviations from parallel, etc? This may seem like a lot of questions, but it's just the beginning - I'm trying to get a feel for your rooms, how much bass they will retain, flutter echo, etc, so this may take a few tries... Steve Also - you seem to be showing a desk in each room that's labeled a "studio" - are these actually going to be Control Rooms?
