In a Non invironment Hidley room the main design parameters are hard front wall and everything else but floor heavily damped with basshangers etc. Any thoughts on using nearfields in such a room. I.E. a few meters from a hard front wall? best regards /Toby
Believe Dave Moulton was/is also involved in this study, here's his take on it http://www.moultonlabs.com/more/real_wo ... toring/P2/ There are two pages prior but this one and the one after have the meat of it. IIRC, the non-environment rooms also needed special, WIDE dispersion speakers to work right? Been a while since I've looked... Steve
