Seattle studio consultant?

(I hope this type of post is okay.) I'm looking for a studio design consultant in the Seattle area to come to my house and give me an estimate for designing and building a vocal booth. A 4x4 double-wall WhisperRoom with everything (door/window, ventilation, light, cable routing, foam, casters, double walls) is going to be around $7000. I have a modest mostly-headphone-based studio (Pro Tools, V-drums with BFD, etc.) in one room on the corner of my single story rental house. I need to be able to yell my lungs out in a vocal booth without disturbing my neighbors. People keep telling me that spending $7k for a portable vocal booth is crazy, so I'm hoping to find a pro who has all this stuff figured out to come check out my setup and give me an estimate. I can give more info. here if necessary, but I'm not looking to do this myself; I'm hoping to get someone local to come on-site. Thanks for any help! - Jance
