Help with Studio Layout in crazy room

I have just acquired an older house to have an office and studio in. It has 6 rooms and 2 of them will be for studio use, a control and tracking room. It has hardwood floors and hardwood ceilings :cry: at 12 feet! I am working on acoustic treatment but wanted some layout ideas for my studio desk. You will see in the scale model of my room I don't have that many options... Thanks for any help!
