Seperating Walls

Hi, Building new rooms at our rehearsal studios www.lofi.co.uk I plan to have a block wall running the length of my new space with rooms constructed of double gyproc on 4x2 studs either side.I realise the block wall gives me a 3 leaf construction. I cant afford any more space for my walls.Any suggestions on a better method of room isolation would be appreciated. Regards John@Lofi
