Hey people. I'm interested in converting this "Bakery" room into a studio. My location is Puerto Rico (Feet, Inches, US Dollars). I would like to use it to track small projects such as bands, drums being the biggest thing to record. I would be cool to have separate iso rooms. As for the space all the outer walls are concrete, also the inside walls between the bathroom and the main room etc. are concrete as well. Cielings are 8' tall. All other measurements are included in the picture. It's not possible to move the outside door (The one on the bottom) I would like to have the control room in the top right corner since that way I can use the already small room as a iso room or a storage closet or whatever hehe. My budget is not huge. Maybe 3 to $4,000 for the inside spaces. Any help is greatly appriceted.
