I'm building my first home and would like to move my studio into the basement.
I'm wanting a very accurate mixing room that's large enough for me to track myself in. ( I'll use a gear room for the noisy equip... so I don't need a tracking room.)
The space I will build my control room in is 23'x16'5"x9'. Concrete floors(should I paint the concrete or put wood down?)
I'd like to know what the perfect room dimensions/shape for my room would be.?
I'm planning on buying Realtraps and diffusors to tame the room.
The house is for investment purposes so..I'm only living here for 5-7yrs.
I'd like to be able to turn the room into a home theater right before selling and take the room treatments with me.
I don't want to soffit mount my speakers.
Thanks for any help!
