About the only doors that might benefit from venting into wall cavities are those which you're NOT planning on being double; those walls will need to be sealed at the gaps because you're only using one door; otherwise, the second leaf of the wall will just blow out next to your single door.
For your one sound lock door, there are so many leaves I doubt it'll matter whether you seal those gaps between leaves or vent them; I can't even begin to guess what your isolation values will be with that construction - in order to gain ANY benefit from using 5 leaf walls, you'd need to put a door in line with EACH LEAF of mass so your 'leaf count" remained constant...
