Would applying a layer of Green Glue between a plywood subfloor and 3/4" t&g flooring be an effective use of this product. I am interested in increasing the mass of a floated wooden floor. Thanks for any and all insight that anyone cares offer on this one.

Why not contact AudioAlloy, the manufacturer, to see if it's recommended/effective first, and then collect any customer testimonials (but these would be 'unscientific', as no one runs, or even CAN run, comapartive tests between using the product or something/nothing else).
