I have allot to over come in order for my garage to work as my work space. So let's start with the basic problems.
Any suggestions on how to overcome the listed problems would be very much appreciated.
washer & Dryer (they have to stay)
Well Tank with pony walls (well tank has to stay)
3 KW generator (noisy but necessary-has to stay)
Water heater (has to stay)
HVAC (has to stay)
