I know this is a very GENERAL question. But I really want to hear from people who have built a full building for their studio and how much they paid to have the building constructed from the ground up, with pictures!

please keep in mind this is a PRE-question, Question. I know I did not put a lot of effort into this, but I just need to get an idea on what I will be spending in order to achieve something great. I am not worried about the cost of the LAND that was purchased. Please also include the time that it took to build. As to costs, etc, we don't even know what part of the world you're in and that will play a HUGE part in costs/materials, as will availability of labor, how skilled/knowledgable a people you can get, etc - so please start with at least updating your profile with a location and a GENERAL scope of your intentions - MGM studios, serious project studio, film audio, converted garage, free-standing shed, whatever.
Your question, if answered in all its ramifications, would take longer than I probably have to live. Please be at least a LITTLE bit specific. Thanks... Steve
