Greetings all, Can anyone point me in the direction of how to hang a door on a dual frame wall. I am putting up the first wall between my mix-room, and "The Family Room. I have 1 side of the wall up now(the family room side with 2 layers of 5/8 rock. I have salvaged my old entry door from the front of my house 2 inch particle board, and have no jambs.. I imagine my dual frame wall will be around 8 inches thick.. I think that I will hang the door on the family room side of the wall, then connect it some fancy way??
Thanks much

OK I have got this far, now if I connect the door to both sides of the dual-fram, isnt that going to connect the 2 sides of the frame and cause vibrations?
When I say connect, I mean by the Trim, at least.
