Me and a friend from work are building a studio in one of his buildings.
However, I'm having a hard time to figure out how the layout should be.
These are the things he wants:
Entry from the short side to the building, wherever it would be best.
1. Live Room
2. Control Room (with a 40" plasma screen on the wall infront of the console)
3. Iso booth
4. Lounge, if possible (otherwise a spiral stair to the top floor, and we'll use that as a lounge)
Any ideas?
PS. Measurements is in mm. DS.
Need design help.

Made this quick sketch (excluding non-paralell walls etc, just room placements). Question is wether the depth of the CR is enough or not.
This is what I've come up with so far. But I can't seem to include a vocal/iso booth in a good way.
I've gotten a little farther. We realised we could use the "other" building that built onto the side of the main building. Thus a vocal booth enters :)
BTW. His building is located out in the bush (well almost, it's a farm kind of thing). He's thinking of removing the existing floor and just keep the outer shell of the building and then make a new concrete floor. Maby some isolated slabs. Not sure yet. I'm waiting to recieve pictures of the building and more data soon.
Oh, ceiling height is 3meters.
Anything else I'm missing that you'd like to know?
PS. that blue thing in the picture is a LCD screen. DS.
Bah, don't you think he and I misunderstood eachother? lol
Was obvious today when we went to the building, I misunderstood where the wood room was. So this is the right model of it.
I'm having problems with the door to the little room in the top left. Like it is now it would probobly hit the desk :( Ideas are most welcome!
