Need help with control room and live room design

Hi everybody and thanks for a great site :D I'm in the process of building a studio in an old house in the countryside in Norway. I've had a topic on this before and got a nice drawing on the control room, but I still need help with the live room. Also the window that I plan on making between the rooms weren't included in the drawing I got so I thought I'd give it another try :D I plan on building new floor, walls and ceiling in both rooms and a window as shown in the drawing. I will also use glass doors for better communication between the rooms. I don't necessarily need both windows in the live room so I don't have a problem with covering one of them up if the room will benefit from this. Live room: Lenght: 18'7" Width: 14' 3 9/16" Height: 10'3" Control room: Lenght: 14'7" Widht: 14' Height: 10'3" The skecthup file contains the correct measurements. Budget : $ 10 000 maybe more I will be most grateful for any help on the design of the rooms :D Cheers, Jim
