Surround studio

Here is some more information of our project: We are going to found a firm. We need a surround monitor room and a small recording room for example vocal, guitar and bass recordings. We are going to record most of the material somewhere else and this studio is mainly for mixing, editing and composing. We haven’t built anything yet and we decided to ask some help for the planning. The location of the studio is a large basement, about 450m². Walls, floor and roof are concrete. The height is about 3,3 meters. Our budget is around few thousand euros, maybe 3000 euros. It’s difficult to give any detailed budget because we are just planning for now. We are alone at the basement. Our closest neighbours live at the second floor so there is very much distance to them. We have quite free hands what comes to building. Above is the first detailed plan and below is the relationship of our studio to the whole basement. Our plan is very rough at the moment. For example, the structure of walls isn't there yet and the recording room is very bad. But we thougt that it would be best to ask some advice first before making too much mistakes...
