I'm in the process of planning out a new studio. Just wondering what people thought of this design. There is no old construction to deal with, so any thing can be changed. Budget is pretty much whatever it takes.
My main question is if my acoustic treatment is looking alright and what more should I add. Also can the slat resonators be angled in the middle like i have them and can I cover the front slats with cloth? The little green boxes towards the front are my monitors and I tried to use the 30 degree angles to place my treatment...I don't know if this is right or not.
It doesn't have the height on the image, but the front of the control room will be 10' and the back will be 12'. Does this seem high enough or should I go higher. I don't have any clue what treatment I need on the ceiling, so if someone could give me some clues it'd be great.
The picture isn't the greatest quality, but you should be able to get the idea.
Thanks, Jordan
