Hi.
Just cleared out two old cellar rooms in some recently acquired property and, guess what, Im building a studio. So far we have dug up the floor, removing the old rock and brick flooring, and have replaced it with concrete.
Basically just need some brief advice on the things I need to consider next, before I just throw my equipment in there (I can understand that there's gonna be a 1001 things to consider but never approached this kind of thing at all before).
basic info:
2 adjacent cellar rooms divided by stairwell and access.
Both around 10' x 10'
Concave ceiling - about 7'+ at highest point.
All aspects from ergonimcs to acoustic phenomena (standing waves, comb filtering etc) will be accounted for.
Simply want advice on how to approach this from a studio-designer beginner's point of view and support from fellow techies!
Photos can be supplied
Cheers
