I am building a vocal booth in the corner of a room. I would like it to have 5 sides the back two are existing walls. The ceiling is slanted upward toward the east wall and peeks at 11 feet. 6 feet down the south wall the ceiling is at 10 feet. Those are my only constraints. I want to be able to move comfortably and have it acoustically correct.
Any help would be appreciated

Not as important in a small booth, since it will almost always be deadened; however, a size where no two average dimensions are the same (or even multiples) is better because it keeps modes from reinforcing each other - I tend to prefer a booth with odd-sizes, such as 3x5x7 feet or 5x7x9 feet, even 5x7x8 feet is good modally; even though there will be a lot of absorption, these sizes keep the absorption from having to "work too hard", so you get a more even sound with or without absorbers.
Haven't taken the AVERAGE of those booth dimensions to see whether they work out well or not, but any mid/high frequency sound entering a right angle corner will reflect back parallel to the entry path, so you'd need to be careful to at least absorb all the corners... steve
