Studio built for 2 studios and 1 Vocalroom... Please Help!

Hi, I`m a young Producer from Germany a start to plan and build a Studio! You can see on the Picture that i plan 2 Control/programming rooms and 1 Vocalroom in the middle! Can somebody help me with the acoustic??? The Size of the complete Room is 9,5 meters x 4 meters The build starts in a big Farmer House! It`s a Room in Room Building! Hight Size of the outer Room is 12 Meters!!! Thanks and sorry for my bad english.. ;-)
