Need advice for a small studio design

Hi everyone, I'm from Istanbul. I rented here couple a months ago... I want to use here as a private studio, if possible I need a little vocal booth for demo recordings. Windows will be cancelled if neccesary,but I want to keep the balcony door for daylight. I couldn't decide the monitor (Event ASP8) placement and sitting etc. Here is some photos, drawings ....thank you... :lol: :lol: :lol: Greetzzzz...

That's a good layout - I'd reverse the control room 180 degrees. cheers john
