Building Studio in the Back Yard

Hello, I am starting from scratch building a studio behind the house in the woods that I will be sharing with my wife who is a fine artist. My space will be 26' Wide X 24' Deep. I need a control room inwhich I will do music, post and video editing. I need a live room suitable for a band with drums (drum room?) and a vocal booth also used for ADR. We would also like a foley pit which could be under the vocal or drum booth or live room. My builder is willing to create an dropped section in the slab. A small machine room would be nice. This area does not include a seating area or rest room (space already allocated). I have approx. $75,000 and a friend who is a builder who is helping me keep the cost down. Depends on if the TOTAL space is 24 x 26, and how good a friend your friend is; works out to about $120 per sq ft, which is kinda low for non-DIY... Steve
