Dimensions for a big control room

Hi, My time have come to build a bigger recording studio. I have a wharehouse of about 9000 sqf. I know is big. That's why I'm so excited. The life room is plan to be about 6000 sqf because video productions is also going to take place. We are going to build 2 control rooms: 1 for audio and 1 for video. I have plan each control room to be about 25 x 30 feet or bigger. Is this apropiate or large enough? Since we have so much space I don't want to restrict my self. We'll need space for a lot of people since video production envolves a lot of technical crew. There will be a room for artist to change as well as a lounge area for the producers and artist to hang around and plenty of restrooms too. I guess my question is; What's the biggest control room i have to build so acoustics are perfect for any loudspeaker setup? Wharehouse size is 116 x 80 sqf and is complete empty for whatever layout I want. Thank you guys.

Rolando - a big control room is around 35' x 35'. I'm not entirely sure what you are after here. I assume you will have a large Shooting Stage. Associated with it would be a small audio control room for recording the live sound from the stage with boom arms etc. there would also be a Video control room for camera control and live editing via a vision switcher etc. and a lighting control room. That would be one complete self contained system. Are you also proposing to have a music recording studio and an audio post production studio associated with this? cheers jon

Yes, that's right. We want to add the recording studio to the whole thing. So we will endup with rooms for anything audio and video related. Because the video live room is so large (5000sqf minimum) I want to take advantage of that and use it as a recording room as well. Thank you Rolando.
