My room is: 7'1" deep 8'6" wide 7"9" high The main purpose of this room is one man mixing. So, as long as it sounds good the small size will not affect me. I ran the dimensions through a mode calculator and there is a slight dip at 79.6hz. Will the bass trapping in my room correct this? There is a glass door on the rear wall that will be covered with a thick curtain. How much of a problem will this be? I will be using 4 inch 705 for each hanger and completely fill the corners with 705 wedges. Does this sound correct? Is a room this small ever going be ok for mixing or am I just wasting my time?

I think that wall behind you will be terrible, acousticly speaking... but I guess if you get used to it... and don't expect it to be an ideal location, go for it. Oh wait, I just noticed it's a glass door! That's rough. Don't know what to tell you. I'd mix very quietly, ref. w/ phones (because your stereo image will be blurry)
