Hi,
I'm helping a friend to design his new studio.
The outside dimensions are 10x7 meters (the building is on it's own, not connected to anything)
The toilete and the lounge must be where they are right now because of the installations. Everything else is scalabile.
I would appreciate any suggestion on what I came up with (this is a rough plan)

The intended building material would be this The main (internal) dimensions of the object are 7x10 m (as limited by the foundation) and it's intended height is 3-3.5 m. The closest neighbours are located 20-25 m away and I have their written consent for building this object. We would like to isolate the object as good as it's possible. The only requirement is that the lounge and the toilet stay where they are in this sketch as the water installations are already laid down. the remaining space should be used as best as possible, which is why we're asking here for an advice. We hope that the given informations are enough and if anything else is needed, please say so.

Your plan will work but if you ever intend to go 5:1 try something like this.

great plan we both like it and my mate just told me that it'll probably be how the studio will end up! We're both very grateful!
