Small Studio in Spain

Hi everybody. A friend told me about this forum and I started to visit it some days ago. I've learned many things. So I have to congratulate the creator cause it's a very interesting forum! I'm planing to build a recording and mixing studio.Something litlle, not very expensive. So I've done a desing using SketchUp and I'd like to share it with you, and if you could help to make it better I would be glad. Let's go to the point!...It will be a little studio on a second floor of a practising studios bussines (sorry for my english, i'm spanish. I hope it can be understood :wink: ) So...it's not very important that noise get pass through the walls of the studio but I'd like good aconditioning. Good sound inside. The size is: 1.90m whith by 5m long by 2.20m tall (1.90x5x2.20). With it I pretend to do band's first recording (pop-rock in most cases). So, i'll be recording drums, guitars, bass guitars, and vocals...not much more. I attach th sketup file of what i've done.
