how to place the Absorbers & Traps etc. PLEASE HELP !!

Hi Everyone, I'm new on this forum and writing from Istanbul - Turkey. I'll send some pictrs of the room and exact sizes which were made with Sketchup. The room is completely covered with an isolation material. So its sound is dead and highs are very bad. I need some advices about placing the traps or the other stuff. If anyone interested can be make a new speaker and table placement design for me..... many thanks ( and sorry for my English :):)

What kind of absorbers you have that you plan to place in the room? Or, what kind of absorbers are you planning on getting? I see foam, and that will not do the trick. You need low end absorption in your room, and you can't get that with thin foam. Also, I couldn't see any speakers in the photo. What kind of speakers do you have?
