what is the best studio design software?

excuse me ,could i ask question? CARA , CATT, ODEON etc... there are many softwares which simulate room acoustics but i don't know how good they are i hope to know which frequency are the dominent freq in many spot in a room and each reverbtime/frequency in different spot in a room i am familiar with AUTOCAD, Sketchup, i used CARA. but it is very difficult to operate Is there a software which can propose or suggest a good design recording studio or home theater in a given space?
