Hello all, I am building new home studio from scratch, and will have a 32 ft long rectagular room that is 12ft wide for 22ft then it goes down to 8ft wide for the last 10ft. I am trying to have a control room with space for a couch, and a live room that can accomodate a full band. I was thinking of turning the back of the 8ft part into a drum area and making the space in front of it live room and the control room in front of that. I need help please! Thank you! This forum is so informative!

It's also part of the forum guidelines: http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3231 Thanks! Any chance you might also post a floorplan along with L x H x W measurements? The more info you can provide, the better informed responses you'll get. This is very important, because this is a worldwide resource, and as such, material costs and availability vary widely. For example, masonry is cheaper than gypsum in some parts of the globe, whereas it's the exact opposite in other regions.
