Building a new Studio

Hi guys recording room size 6m wide x 8m long x 2.7m high control room size 6m wide x 4m long x 2.7m high My question is I am about to build a new studio, I have the choice to build the walls out of timber and plasterboard or concrete. The money side of things is not that much of a problem as I would like to do it right,the wall between the studio and control room I was thinking double timber plasterboard with a window in it of coarse. Any way some expert advise would be much appreciated. Regards redbak
