In search of designer and builder for a studio in illinois

Hello, I am currently purchasing a new home and am researching on the the best way to configure my 2 car garage into a recording room/recording studio, and am hoping someone might direct me towards a designer/builder based in Illinois. I have been working producing bands for the past 10 years. My background in electronics and sound engineering, which means I really don't feel confident enough to grab a hammer and start with the construction, so this is where you the builder/designer come into to play! If anyone knows of an affordable studio builder/designer locally based within my region I would greatly appreciate it if you had him contact me, thanks. Tony.

By all the info I have viewed on this forum of John, John would definitely be my first choice. But, chances are, I don't think I would be able to afford him.
