Garage space with Big Door. 2 Room, Layout??

Hi Everyone!! personal information: This is my first time! I´m from Portugal and i´m 28. In the Present i use a single garage place with Eggs boxes in the walls! I already produce 2 cds in this place, but now i want to move to a new place. I use protools and my big goal is to became a Music Producer. The goals I´d like to have a fulley functional work area with 2 rooms ( control and live room). For this i have a new garage with 3/4 parking spaces. I have a problem because the garage has a metal door that when it´s open stays in the room ceeling! ANother problem thati have concern room ceiling. It´s only 2,70 m, and in the middle of the room there´s a concrete beam. All the walls, floor and ceiling are concrete. Budget I have a budget limited between 2000 and 5000 Euro. Please Help me. :roll:

here's the plan Joao - is the metal door the only entrance to the building or is there another access door?? cheers john

Hey John! First i want to thank you for answering me. Second. Yes the door is the only entrance to the building. Third . I have a chance to open a little door in the big one. Do you think that the third is the better option? And in this case i was thinking to split the garage in two and insted of making a window and a door between the rooms, perhaps, choosing sliding doors was not a bad idea. Cheers
