My dream... Feedback appreziated (sketchUp and pictures)

Been away for a wile,, But now it seems like I am ready to start working on my "dream studio".. I ve got a studio in an old boathouse in western Norway, and now I'm hopefully get the money to by 300 square meters from the landlord to build a brand new nextdoor. The house is gonna be build of concreet elements 300 mm deep, and 4 meters high. there is going to be a store over my head, and a residential at the 3rd floor. At my floor its gonna be a studio (ofcouse), a residential for me and my family, and a space for rental(commersial) to guaranty som income for a wile. The picture and the sketch shows only the studio part. It is the 1st floor (ground) of the building. Please see the sketchup file and give me some feedback. I guess it is possible to see if its gypsum(white), insulation(green), slots and so on from the sketch.. The main studio is built for multi function: my companion can mix and master there. Cant wait to get some constructive feedback. :D
