I've got commercial space available that I would love to make into a studio. Available space is 17' x 42' x 12'. I was hoping someone here would be able to help me come up with a creative way to make the space work. It would be great if I could have a control room, live room, and 2 booths (one big enough for drums). I'm having some trouble coming up with a design that would be practical.
