well I'm into a house I might buy in the future and have been doing a lil remodeling of the house on my computer and have redone the foundation to accomodate the studio. the house sits about 50 ft away from a highway so if I was to buy the place and remodel it isolation from the outside noise is very important. I would be redoing the foundation in poured concrete which would hopefully help a bunch. But I'm having trouble doing a layout for the place. the room to the left of the stairs will be a future bathroom and laundry room

Doni, it seems John's been otherwise occupied lately; are you planning on removing the yellow wall, or what? And what type studio are you considering - number of rooms, etc... Steve
its no big deal steve i totally understand hes been busy. but ive actually been workin on it but just havent post what ive come up withit just took me a few days to reall think about it ill post pics soon
