Hey Folks, I just bought a new house and I am planning on putting the studio in one of the bedrooms facing my neighbors house. Check out the images, the house is built on a hill and this room kind of sits roughly a few feet into the ground and I would basically be directly across from their garage and possibly childrens' bedroom. I have a pair of Genelec 8040's w/ no sub, but on their own they are pretty sub heavy. There is roughly 15 feet separating our houses. What do you guys think? will I have problems? I primarily make very sub heavy music, hip-hop, electronic etc....
