OSI sc-175 or other non hardening non hardening caulk can be clearly removed with water or some chemical? i hope to reuse stud and wall board someday later if i build a recording studio with stud, mdf board, screw nail and non-hardening caulk. and after 2~3years can i disassemble them and remove the residue of SC-175 with water or a stuff then reassemble them with new sc-175?

they say in their website that if a man have a mistake during caulkiing it can be removed immediately with water easily but i am not sure the rule is also applied to the present existing caulk. thank you very much...
