Has anyone heard from Bryan Giles? I haven't seen him post here in quite a while and I miss his take on the various threads. len

I heard we was going on tour with an act but I didn't think he'd be away from the board this long. Have you PMed him?

No, I don't really "know" him that well. I seem to remember he was headed for the road but I can't imagine being away from the Internet and computer for so long! I know when I went to meet my wife for the first time, I spent every minute I wasn't with her at the Internet Cafe next to my hotel (75 cents and hour for a T1 link!) and even doing work for my customers from there once or twice. len

Excuse me, sir, but you need to update your profile with an accurate location -- else we shall not assist you in any way with your new studio plans. Welcome back, Bryan -- obviously, you've been missed! :D --Keith

LOL. Yeah I have been offline so long. Didint have a laptop till the last week of the tour then I moved so no phone service...Till almost 2 weeks into the move, then Of course I am in an area with NO DSL service so Had to call comcast. Which I have to say isnt so bad. 8.0 Down, 1MBps Up. and I tend to get about 80-90% of that bandwidth in my use. But I am finally in, and I start constructing the portable units next week for a quickie studio. Got 6 songs to mix so I am gonna be humping to put these together. Then I can advertise for more biz till I get a building. Missed a heck of a deal on one building. Storefront with 3 BR apt above..

Take your time -- the right opportunity will present itself eventually. Besides, I'd like to get a full 1,000 more posts than you, so feel free to take some more time off if you must...   --Keith
