Hello All,
I'm new to the forum but have been reading a lot of the posts and replies. I'm glad i've finally found a site where there are a lot of seasoned professionals that know their stuff. Anyway, i've just purchased an office space on the Southside of Richmond, VA and I want to convert it into a recording studio. It's nothing huge, about 650 sq. ft. enough for a control room and studio. I just need a designer to help me put my ideas into action. Can anyone direct me to a designer that is located in Richmond, VA or can come to Richmond. I know how I want the basic layout, it just needs to be designed professionally and done right. (isolation, floated rooms, smooth and sleek decor, etc...) This won't be a very large studio, but it still needs to be professional. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Does anyone else know of any studio designers in or around the Richmond, VA area? Maybe even someone who can draw up plans if I give them the layout of the office. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

AM, Wes Lachot is a highly respected studio designer here in the states. He is a personal friend of mine - and I could not think of anyone else I would reccomend in his place, except perhaps John L Sayers. Sincerely, RodHighly recommended: http://www.overdublane.com/wes/ Andre
Cool 8) -- I see he designed Pus Cavern, which is a premiere Sacramento studio about which I have heard nothing but great things.
Of course I've heard nothing but great things about John's work too! ;-)
