OK, I know a few people have posted on this topic before, but it seems no-one has followed through!
Have any of the people who asked questions about straw bale studio construction actually gone ahead and built anything? If so please share results/dramas etc! If not, why not? Too hard, too expensive, to tied up in red tape?
I've been offered some space in a friends rehearsal studio and am seriously looking at building a "room within a room" straw bale studio (actually two rooms) but don't want to waste time or money if others have found the whole thing to be not worth while.

Kurt - a friend of mine is looking at straw bale construction for her house. It is cheap but it's a lot of work and you end up, when it's sealed, with a basic plaster wall - it uses 2 feet where 4" 703 would be just as effective if not more effective.
