How should I place my nearfields?

I have a room(Sketchup file is attached), and I'm wondering where I should position my nearfields. The ceiling height is 2.7m, so what should be the speakers height? I tried to postion my speakers in front of wall(Of course, they are firing at me) II, but I thought it'll give me some hard time because of the niche on the side. I tried positioning them in front of wall number III, but it ruinds the space of the room(Im reharsing there too..). So I decided positioning them in front of wall I, the only problem is that they are less that 50 cm(how about 10 cm) from the wall, beacuse of the door. Ofcourse, Im going to terat the room acoustically(including the door). So how's that positioning, and what about the speakers height? Thank you,
