small garage studio

hi folks! Ive got a garage that is 3m by 5,55m and about 2,35m in height. what i want to build is mainly a good control room with good sound and a good athmosphere, and some space to record only vocals and git-amps. the garage has an attic that i wanted to use as recording room, but i figured out that its only 1,94m on the highest point, which is not really enough height i think.. so my problem is, how can i bring a good-sized control room and a recording room in this little space? i came up with the plan further down, but perhaps theres some better solution.. thanks for help!
