Blank canvas need help

Hi there I can have this second floor space in a truck delivery station for my studio. I attached two drawings with my post. I have to build a wall around the stair opening and my floor plan is just rough sketch on how I´m thinking about arrange the floorspace so I need Ideas on how to make the control room and the vocal booth. The live room will also be a rehearsal place for my band. The ceiling low going to high should give some options I think. In the first floor is a small kitchen, living room and a toilet who we are welcome to use so I dont have to worry about this things. Any help are welcome. Thanks guys. J. Ægir I Iceland

A couple of things that may help - try and make your dimensions clearer, they are very hard to read. And look around the forum for a plan that comes close to what you want, then post your version of it for critique; it's much less time-consuming to explain what needs changing than it is to draw plans from scratch, and neither John or myself has all that much free time anymore. The more you give, the more you'll get... Steve
