$20 doors on ebay

I just found these solid core doors listed on ebay for $20 a pop and they're pretty local to me. [url= http://cgi.ebay.com/New-unfinished-soli ... dZViewItem] Question I have is, if I was planning to use the following seals: [url= http://www.acousticalsolutions.com/prod ... l_kits.asp] Could I used these and cut them down to size and build a frame for them. Or, would I be better of getting a pre-hung door. Also, anyone found a better deal than $175 for a similar deal on seals?
