Home Studio in Dublin

Hi, I'm trying to design a home studio and I hope you all can enlighten me on my suggested layouts. Don't hold back. As you can tell from my drawings I have no design experience. I have little experience of Studio's (recorded an album as a musician) but found that the majority of time was spent in the control room. The studio is in a basement in a residential house. the roof and floor are concrete and the external walls are solid block.
