I have low freq leakage through the ceiling into my house.

any suggestions on how to cut down on this? The ceiling is completely untreated at the moment so i would love to hear some ideas i have a few hundred to invest.

Matt, this question is about the equivalent of "My car won't run; can you tell me what part number to buy?" The very top link in each forum http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3231 is there because I can't possibly find enough time (or desire) to re-type every principle of sound isolation, acoustic treatment and other knowledge I've picked up over 60 years, nor do I have enough free time to play "20 questions" each time. This is why Keith and I set up that list of guidelines. IF you follow each and every bold point that's applicable to your situation, you will save me enough time to answer another 10-20 people's questions.
