HELP NOOB HERE!

Hey everyone! I love seeing some of your studios, wow they look AMAZING!. I want to create my own home studio in my basement but only have a limited understanding of what I need to do so. :? I am going to attach a picture of the CAD drawing of the room. I would like it to have a Live room/control room/one booth for vocals. i still need a ton of guidence on gear that i would need i.e. mixers computers lord knows what. My budget is around $10,000. I want somewhat professional quality. i dont know whats better between digital / analog stuff. So i want the whole deisgn stuff and as much help i can get from you guys. like i dont know what bass traps are or all these things. or what acoustics would be best for recording my type of music. im not in a hurry but i do want to do this once and do it right. so first off here is the CAD drawing. and heres a little thing i did in MSPaint to show basic outline of the room and my idea. please help me design this room. thanks, Mike.... tell me everything i need to know to make GREAT recordings!!! thanks!!! the room is really like 25x13 but if we dont go to that house the other dimensions would be 32x14 the CAD and drawing i posted are for the 25x13 thanks.

ok i resized it. but like i want the 101 on this stuff. any links to articles that will help with what im doing?. like is it worth it to float the floors. btw ill be recording guns n' roses type music. hard rock. and the occasional ballad or soft mellow nice song. anybody willing to help me deisgn this and give me an items list so i can start collecting gear and building this? also do you think this is a good enough size? and is my 10,000 budget high enough? thanks Mike

Those specific Questions have been asked and snwered in the forums. Check the construction forum and find the info on floating floors....
